Here’s a topic that most in America can relate to, Weight loss.
Where do I begin? My mom Amalia still tells me about the days they used to eat at 10pm just to get ready to go out after. Can you imagine that? Talk about tight jeans. Especially all the meat and rice they ate daily. But no, their jeans fit perfectly. Nothing too tight, nothing wrong at all. Twiggy is what they all looked like but didn’t even need to try. This is so unfair to me. I look at photos of her and just don’t get it.
So we moved to America and everyone started filling up a bit.Gradually filling up, she had to donate her jeans to good will. I want you to know that I’ve done my own research , on myself of course. What makes America FAT???? We love Freedom but help us stop eating, please!
The only difference between how my mother ate are the hormones we inject in our meat. Injected chickens and beef are part of the problem… a LARGE part. Do we need to eat that massive block of meat? Or the Chicken that looks like a turkey. I call them Churkeys.

So the time has come to say bye- bye to expensive Laser treatments. In case you wonder why, It’s because our laser works on all skin types safely and effectively. My feeling is that everyone should have the option to be Hair free!
The world is changing and we must change with the times. Our nurses are just the best! Nurse Rita and Nurse Linda are not only comfortable to be around but they’re both nurturing mothers so you’ll feel right at home. In this day and age, Quality is what patients look for and quality we deliver.
Shave the night before, and you do not need to numb unless you’re getting a Full Playboy Bikini Laser. Also, If you’re getting your back lasered, I say numb it gentlemen. Why bite our nice pillows, just numb the pain. We know it’s a sensitive area.
Other than that, it’s a piece of cake. Great laser options are, Underarms, Bikini, Back & Shoulders and Lip and Chin. The people that book Full legs are the luckiest though. These spontanious folks wear their bathing suits under their clothes just in case the sun comes out. Yup, I know it.

I’m so excited about spa week at Belle Visage! We’re offering treatments that will put a smile on any one’s face. Usually spa week is a massive rush of women but this time we expect men as well.
Why you may ask? This years treatments will include Hot stone massage using Cranberry oil to relieve muscle tension. We’ve only had facials available in the past for spa week but this year we’re offering massage as well.
Our SPA WEEK Facial will include the Champagne Cleanser, the Stone Peel (exfoliates dead skin) and the popular Cranberry Molding Mask! All for $50 dollars. These treatments are 45 min long, so please know that we’ll be doing as much as we can in that amount of time.

Life’s short when you’re having fun but long when you’re bored. Well, For the love of fun then so shall be it! Not long ago I lost my best friend and realized that I don’t like all these rules we live by. Don’t do this, Don’t do that…why not? ….I say do it and Have fun at it . If you want to get a massage because you’re hunched over your computer for 15 hours a day, then do it. Who says you shouldn’t? When drastic changes occur in life, you don’t procrastinate anymore. You book a trip far in advance so you don’t deprive yourself from the “good things” in life. I’m happy I never say no to Tina time. BUT, I used to. With all of the options today, we find that bringing back clean massage rooms and couples massage rooms are in demand. I went to a Thai massage place a week ago to see what the hype was. The lady was very sweet but they placed me on a dirty thin mattress that smelled like rancid oil. I can understand that people are looking to save money nowadays but at a certain point my inner hypochondriac kicks in.
I then realized my neck was stiff… turned to the side since I was laying on the floor. Try turning your neck to the side when it cramps…just to turn it yet again!
Our rooms are beautiful with top of the line Earthlite tables. As of November 15th, our Private Showers will be going back into Belle Visage. Does that make you happy? you should see the smile on my face while I’m typing:)
Here’s my analogy. You can pay 12 -15 dollars to get a quick manicure or another 5 dollars to get a relaxing 1 hour manicure at Belle Visage day spa. It’s all about what we need. Time isn’t always on our side and we need to jump in and out of treatments, yet other times we need to stop and smell the roses. Same goes for our massage and facial treatments. Quality is of importance to our staff and customer service is always on top of the list.
