Hello LA. It’s time for the truth. I myself “used to” be terrified of injectables. Needles and I aren’t the best of friends thank god ..But when it comes to botox, It’s extremely safe. It’s been used for over 30 years on children and adults. If botox was an unsafe medication, don’t you think that the FDA would’ve removed it by now? It’s helped many people with migraines, eye ticks aka twitching and of course the side effect was to be wrinkle free! How horrible is that?
So I finally tried botox about 3 years ago and I’m 35 going on 26!
Seriously, My classmates always ask me why I look so fresh? Well, I owe it to the little liquid that comes at a pretty price but don’t fool yourself by using creams like Strivectin. They just don’t work for the sheer reason that your muscle is deeper than your skin and in order to relax the “muscle” you need to inject it. Don’t waste your money on the creams… They just don’t come close. I was like most beginners waiting for that magical cream, preferably a natural, homeopathic concoction that would make everything disappear, including cellulite of course:)
Botox Safety
Don’t jump into the jacuzzi or take a hot Sauna. Heat is never a good thing after this procedure. But … Do it! for goodness sake, take 15 minutes out of your day 3 times a year and get a beautiful fresh look that isn’t over injected and frozen like a bomb pop. At Belle Visage Medical Corp., The nurses inject less botox on your first visit to make sure that you’re “not” unhappy with the outcome. It’s better to return 10 days from then and get more units of Botox. Be safe, and go to reputable place.
Dysport, better than botox?
A new product will soon be competing with Botox and I will blog about it shortly! Don’t wait till your lines are thick and helpless. Once they’re deep, you’ll then need to use fillers like Restylane or Juvederm so you can fill up the crease and you’ll still need to get botox around it to prevent it from continuous muscle contraction.
